Baby Rose’s Birthday Party

Sunday June 8th was a fabulous day at the sanctuary as we celebrated Baby Rose’s 1st birthday. Rejected by her Mum at birth this little bottle fed foal defied the odds and is now a strong and healthy one year old. Crowds flocked to the sanctuary on the day in order to sing happy birthday and lots and lots of cake was consumed. It was a happy and joyous day as people meandered the walkways and made a new friend in one of the many other donkeys here at the sanctuary. However it was truly Baby Rose’s day and we couldn’t be more proud of her.The future is bright and we look forward to this time next year and her 2nd birthday! Go Baby Rose 🌹❤️
